I have religiously ingested the gummies for over a year and have a summer glow all year long without exposing myself to the damaging sun. This is the first time, I tried the body oil. I believe it is also giving me a summer glow, but most important, it is an excellent moisturizer. I apply it after my shower every day. It is not greasy or heavy. It nicely absorbs into the skin like a dry oil. And, even in hot weather, it does not make you feel sticky like some lotions do.
